Bio
I joined the advocacy in 1996 initially as a paralegal and then as a trainee in international law firms in Prague. Since 2002 I have been practicing law as an attorney-at-law cooperating mainly with UK/US private equity funds on acquisitions, strategic transformation and sale of their portfolio business companies to a new investor. During this very interesting and successful co-operation I have understood the importance of a mutual trust, ability to grasp client’s business targets and needs and a willingness to take client matters into my own hands.
